Who Are We

We are an independent consultancy company formed in 2001. We have successfully grown from being a one man band to a team of market professionals who have extensive experience of the direct and reinsurance market. We are now an established presence in the London Market and are recognised for our specialism in expert fee collection and broker replacement services.

We are authorised by Lloyds and the IUA to conduct run off business which means that we can operate the same as a Lloyd's broker but we do not place new business. We have our own broker number and are connected to all of the market settlement systems. We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Over the years we have established a formidable database of contacts with all of the major underwriters in all classes of business, direct and reinsurance worldwide.

A fundamental part of our ethos is the insurance principle "uberrimae fidei" or utmost good faith and we conduct all of our business dealings with this in mind.

As we are an owner - managed business, we are extremely focused on ensuring that our clients are satisfied and that they get the best service available. We believe that this makes a difference.
