Fee Collections

We were the first to identify the need for an independent fee collection agency to ensure that experts instructed on claims are paid promptly. We are now recognised as the premier fee collection agency covering all of the major insurance disciplines including Marine, Energy, Political Risk, Financial Institutions and Aviation. We act for well known London blue chip lawyers and adjusters and also various experts based overseas.

We collect from all underwriters, both London based or overseas and process the following types of fee:-

• Coverage and underwriter appointed instructions
• Defense invoices
• Escrows/ Expense funds
• Old and contentious debt

We have developed methods whereby you get paid directly from the market which improves the speed of collection and saves us administration costs. This means that our rates are competitive.

Our rates are contingent and are significantly less than running an overdraft or employing additional overhead.

We also offer presentations to newcomers on the structure and procedures in the London Market which helps to supplement your in house training schemes.
